After, I started posting #livingmybestlife I started talking to a friend about sharing information about health and fitness. And in this conversation, she said “It’s not something we want to keep a big secret. This helps people. This changes lives.” I sat with this.
I realized I didn’t just want to “live my best life.” I wanted everyone to live their best life! I knew that I was not the only person who felt weighted down by my past or my current situation/circumstances/negative thoughts/labels. I knew how much I had been released from when I decided to intentionally let all that baggage go. I also knew, how much healthy living had played in all of this.
I don’t want to keep secrets. I want to share all that I have learned. All that I am learning. I hope you can see yourself in my story. I hope you can see the hope. I hope you are encouraged to live your best life. I want to know your story too.
Health, faith, and wellness are not destinations but journeys. Some days will be easier than others. But we are not done until our very last breath, so we might as well live our best life.
